But if you are using a local or cloud Galaxy? If so, this tool can be added from the Tool Shed.

Hi Jen, would you mind to tell me if the Cummerbund is working right now? I tried to use but it is asking me the sqlite file, but cuffdiff doesnt output none sqlite file. How can I make it work?
